AIBSNLEA and AITEEA signs an MoU

Memorandum of Understanding

BETWEEN

ALL INDIA TELECOM EXECTIVE & ENGINEERS ASSOCIATION (AITEEA)

&

                   ALL INDIA BSNL EXECUTIVE ASSOCIATION (AIBSNLEA)

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between the AITEEA and AIBSNLEA for the settlement of All HR issues pertaining to Executives of BSNL.

The above goal will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities:

1.    Pay Parity issue of post 2007 JTOs/JAOs with respect to second PRC i.e. fixation of initial basic (i.e. basic at the time of appointment) at Rs.22820 without any rider, will be in Top priority Agenda of AITEEA, AIBSNLEA & United Forum (AIBSNLEA & AIGETOA). Further, United Forum will make all efforts to ensure & it to get it resolved before third PRC.

2.    Hence forth, AITEEA will be member of United Forum (AIBSNLEA & AIGETOA). Evidently, any conclusion on HR Policy will be drawn after due consideration & deliberation in Unired Forum.

3.    AITEEA extends its all out support to AIBSNLEA in this first Executive MV to be held on 7^th December 2016 & full cooperation.

In witness thereof, both the parties have put their respective hands on 5.12.2016 in New Delhi.
