Ref to above cited subject it is hereby requested that promotion case of PA to PS and PS to PPS may please be taken up with appropriate authority and instructions may be got issued to circles for conduction of DPCs  for all the eligible candidates and if need arises posts may be upgraded to accommodate all the eligible PAs/PSs as they are already stagnating from last several years(more than 14 years) and pressing hard for their promotions. They all are feeling demoralized  due to drought of promotions for several years together. So kindly pursue the case with competent authority at the earliest please so as to boost their morale and keep them motivated.

It is reliably learnt that stay AO to CAO promotion has been vacated by Hon CAT Chandigarh today i.e 7/9/2018.This will pave the way for the long pending promotions from AO to CAO.Our CHQ is pursuing the case vigorously and trying for early issuance of promotion orders.
