9/11/2016 Circle Secretary along with Circle President met to worthy CGMT Haryana on his courtesy Call.Meeting was also attended by GM Admn and Circle IFA.We discussed the dislocation cases of AOs on their promotion of CAOs lookafter and also requested not to dislocate the executives on lookafter promotions being mere administrative requirement and exploitation of all concerned who are given look after promotion without any financial benefit,Transfer case of DGM(F) Sonepat Sh O.P.Kamboj,reversion case of Sh Khem Chand CAO,Quarter permission case of Sh Harphool Meena JAO Sonepat and Para 8 inter circle transfer cases of JTOs.Administration assured to take care of these cases at earliest.We also discussed JAO training case regarding this GM (Admn) replied that they were all set to send them for training but due to legal constraints it could not happen. and physically handicapped case benefits of Sh Sunder Pal DE Karnal was also taken up with GM( Admn) separately.In this regard he told that they have already issued necessary guidelines to Karnal SSA.
We also discussed about the performance of BSNL Haryana with worthy CGMT in which he told that though there is overall improvement in performance but some SSAs need to put extra efforts to enhance their performance.He stressed upon the need to put rigorous efforts to bring Haryana in profit.We assured our best cooperation.Worthy CGMT Haryana was very glad to tell that trial balance of Haryana has been completed upto date.He appreciated all the employees involved in the compilation of TB Data.We congratulated him for this achievement under his able leadership and guidance.Meeting was held in a very cordial manner.
