28.05.2016:Awareness Gate Meeting on 30th May 2016 during lunch hours: All the Branch Secretaries of United Forum of AIBSNLEA & AIGETOA are requested to hold Awareness Gate Meeting on Monday i.e. 30th May 2016 during lunch hours to explain the achievements & success of agitational programme.

Congratulations to all the members and supporters of United Forum of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA !!!!!. We hereby congratulate all the rank and file of United Forum for their dedicated support and participation in the organizational action program. This is only the first step achieved and we have miles to go. We have been able to convince the management about the legitimacy of our demands and the firm timelines for resolutions have been committed. Despite the several negative forces running every nuke and corner to derail the resolution of issues and doing all sort of propaganda to just achieve their only one objective i.e. of membership verification. No doubt, Membership verification is the solution to this leg pulling approach by the overzealous corners but the same should not have been at the cost of derailing and sabotaging the issues by their unnecessary threats. We welcome them in Ballot Field also. Time will show them their real destiny. 
Now we request all the members to work sincerely and very hard to take BSNL to the new Heights. To our understanding, Management has already taken the first step towards fulfilling the commitment by approving the Management Committee proposal of replacing the scales from E2 to E7 and we sincerely hope and believe that management will honor all its commitments to keep the employee – employer relationship and industrial harmony at its best. We promise that we shall be keeping a strict vigilance over the issues to prevent any mischief from the overzealous corners.

In view of the positive approach of management and actual action taken on ground towards resolution of the issues… we hereby defer our organizational action program with a promise to return back if the things doesn’t go as committed.

General body meeting of AIBSNLEA Rohtak SSA was held on 28/12/2015 which was attended by CS alongwith Circle President and Circle Fin Secretary.Distt body  was elected unanimously and following were elected as Distt President,Distt Secretary and Distt Fin Secretary respectively

Later on Circle Secretary ,Circle President and Fin Secretary alongwith newly elected Distt Body met  to Sr GMTD Rohtak .After introdcution of new body of AIBSNLEA,Sr GMTD Rohtak congratulated new body and thereafter general discussions were held for the progress of BSNL.Meeting was held in a very coordial atmosphere.

Appeal
The MT recruitment process must be withdrawn to provide smooth career progression to the JTO/JAO  and SDE/AO equivalent executives in BSNL.

- The uncertainty created on settlement of the HR issues due to introduced hurdle of Remuneration Committee must be avoided and all the HR issues cleared by the BSNL Management Committee should be approved by the BSNL Board instead of sending to Board's Remuneration Committee.

Guidelines for the proposed Relay Hunger Fast from 07th July 2015 to 09th July 2015:
·      All members of AIBSNLEA and AIGETOA should participate in the Hunger Fast Program dividing themselves into 3 batches for 3 days. Unwell members should also participate, however, may be for a lesser period.
·      Hunger Fast should start at 10.00 hrs and continue up to 18.00 hrs. All the participants must take their seat by 1000 hrs availing casual leave for the day and must not leave the place except for natures call.
·      The participants may take only drinking water if required and nothing else (tea, biscuit etc) during the period of the Fast.
·     Other members, who are not sitting for the Hunger Fast on that day, must attend the camp during lunch hours for demonstration. Remember that they are also on "Work According to Rule" Program hence their full concentration should be towards the agitation only and nowhere else.
·      Use of mobile phones should be minimum and only for urgent cause. Attending official calls sitting at the "Hunger Fast" place must be avoided.
·      Decorate the "Hunger Fast" suitably by banners and posters displaying the demands and the deprivations.
·      Remember future of the executives is depending on successful implementation of the agitation program.

2.PA to PS lookafter case
3 DE to DGM lookafter case
4 Exclusive DGM posting for MSC Panipat
Worthy CGMT Haryana assured to have positive consideration of these issues.
After this CS alongwith above  noted office bearers met to GM(Admn),Smt Aruna Aggarwal and discussed about the above noted HR issues.She also assured positively.
