4.08.2014:  GS met  Addl. GM (Pers) and discussed regarding:

a) CPC from JTO(T) to SDE(T): We requested to expedite CPC from JTO(T) to SDE(T). Addl. GM(Pers) mentioned that CPC work from JTO(T) to SDE(T) is in progress but the promotion orders may be issued after the stay order is vacated by Hon'ble CAT Ernakulum bench. The case is posted for hearing on 06-08-2014.

b) Approval of BSNL Board on some HR issues: Addl GM(Pers) appraised that Board memos on some HR issues such as finalization of syllabus of LDCE JTO(T) to SDE(T), Modification of BSNL MS RR on EE(C/E), Time bound promotion to DGMs(Adhoc) from E-5 to E-6 grade etc are being put up to BSNL Board meeting on 05-08-2014 for approval.

Regarding Modification in SDE (T) RR 2001, Modification in soft tenure transfer policy, the BSNL Management Committee approval is yet to be taken there after only it will be sent to BSNL Board for approval.

   JOINT CEC MEETING OF AIBSNLEA AND AIGETOA HARYANA IS SCHEDULED TO BE HELD  AT GYMKHANA CLUB KARNAL ON 13/8/2014 AT 11:00 AM SHARP.ALL THE DISTT SECRETARIES AND CEC MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO ENSURE THEIR PARTICIPATION AND MAKE IT A GRAND SUCCESS.OCCASION WILL BE GRACED BY THE AUSPICIOUS PRESENCE OF OUR BELOVED GS SH PRAHLAD RAI AND AIGETOA GS/PRESIDENT.MAIN PURPOSE OF CEC IS TO FORM CIRCLE COORDINATION COMMITTEE AND FINALISE THE FUTURE COURSE OF ACTION FOR RESOLUTION OF DAY TO DAY PROBLEMS OF BOTH ASSOCIATIONS AND LONG PENDING HR ISSUES.

Status of the CPCs

JTO (T) to SDE (T), the CPC is in process but it will be completed after Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam stay order is vacated. The case is posted for final hearing on 26^th May, 2014. Association has already been impleaded in the case.

The Court case in the Hon'ble Supreme Court against quashing of the TES Gr. "B" seniority lists number 6 and 7 could not be heard in the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 22.04.2014 and now posted in July 2014. Pers Cell will file an IA for early hearing. The CPC from SDE (T) to DE is held up due to pending contempt case in the Hon'ble High Court Chandigarh.

The Court case on 147 SDE (LDCE) quota is posted for hearing on 07.07.2014 in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. BSNL is filing IA for clarification on promotion. The IA has already been filed by the respondents and expected to be heard in 1^st week of May-2014. AIBSNLEA is pursuing for getting an early clarification from the Hon'ble Court. The CPCs from DE (Adhoc) to DE (Regular) and DE to DGM (Adhoc) are also held up due to this pending Court case.

Meeting of new Circle body ,with worthy CGMT Haryana was held on 1/4/2014 in a very cordial atmosphere,on his courtesy call.Worthy CGMT Haryana welcomed all the newly elected office bearers of AIBSNLEA Haryana and congratulated all.Following office bearers were present in meeting alongwith CS:-

1 Slow broadband and 3 G Data speed and frequent interruption of Broadband
2 Separate DGM for MSC Panipat or shift LEA work from Panipat to Ambala.
3 Provision of AC in Ambala SSA account section building.
4 Posting case of Sh Ashok kumar Kalyan.
5 Restoration of annual plans.Worthy CGMT HRY immediately talked to mktg wing for pursuance of the case with Corporate office in the interest of BSNL.
Worthy CGM Hry assured to consider our points positively.He also stressed upon the coordination of Association with administration for the betterment of BSNL.We assured our best cooperation in the favour of BSNL to make it profitable.
