The CPC is conducted to fill up 1860 DEs Posts (OC =1445, SC= 293, ST= 122). But  273  DEs posts  could not be filled up  as in OC category 156(137 shield cover cases + 19 from 147)  , SC category  44 (42 un accessed + 2 of 147), ST category  24(24 un accessed + 0 of 147) and some with misc. reasons
